Thropic is pleased to announce the newest addition to the team, Michelle Joubert who has come on as Executive Director. We think she will be a massive asset to the organization and bring process optimization to many facets of the business. Michelle has a very impressive resume working across various different industries including Television, Tech Ed, Non-Profit, NFT Membership clubs, 1-1/ PFP projects and platforms. Her first position was at CBS Television as a special projects producer. Working with Fortune 500 companies and charities to create public service campaigns and large scale community events to build awareness for nationally recognized health awareness months. Here she saw the magic of resources being amplified when communities and organizations come together to make an impact.

In 2012, she started a business consulting firm focusing on assisting C-level executives and corporations develop the systems, tools and strategies necessary to achieve optimal performance. Last year, she decided to parlay that experience into working with pioneering teams producing ground breaking projects utilizing NFTs and blockchain technology. Some of the most notable projects include; Empress Jets (the first NFT Jet Charter Membership Club) and CSTM Haus- #NFTuesdays Miami (NFT community educational events).

She has worked on a few projects with Non Fungible Labs, creators of FLUF World and their US based entertainment team Deed Entertainment on FLUF Haus, their 1st NFT Collector party which debuted at Miami Art Week 2021 as well as XR Summit at SXSW 2022.

“As a community builder and natural connector, I feel the way I can make the most impact is through connecting people and organizations with the resources they need. I believe if we all contribute our gifts to the world we can collectively make it a better place,” Joubert said.

Michelle brings in a bevy of experience to Thropic’s talented team. She will be spearheading and organizing social impact projects to provide awareness and funding to some of the world’s most pressing issues.

“I am thrilled to join Thropic as we embark on revolutionizing philanthropy and becoming the go-to blockchain ecosystem for charity,” Joubert went on to say. “I see our technology being widely adopted by alumni groups, social clubs and all other types of people who are interested in launching their own purpose-driven NFT fundraisers. We are just scratching the surface of custom solutions we can create for our clients.”

We are grateful to bring in someone of Michelle’s caliber to help further our mission. Welcome to #TeamThropic, Michelle!
